Because of our Lifetime License, if you've purchased a previous version of Axialis IconWorkshop™, you're entitled for a free upgrade to the latest version.

However, this version requires a Product Key to be activated or upgraded. This key is very important because it will permit you to access numerous services from Axialis in the future (including the lifetime online upgrades). If you purchased version 5.0 or later, you have received this key with your order delivery. In order to update your software online, you must have registered.

If you purchased a version prior to 5.0 (name was "AX-Icons") you did not receive your Home product key with your purchase. Therefore, the online upgrade using the built-in feature is not possible. If you not receive an upgrade link, please contact us providing your Home data (order# beginning with RE, name, company, purchase date...). We'll send you your link and your product key.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT INSTALL THE TRYOUT VERSION TO UPGRADE.

Upgrade from Home to Professional Edition

If you already own the Home Edition and want to get benefit of the Professional Edition (see comparison below), you don't need to purchase the full version. An upgrade product is available.

To upgrade, the Home Edition must be already installed on your computer. If the Home edition is not present, the installation of the upgrade package will fail.

Then, visit Axialis Store to purchase the Home to Professional Upgrade package. Once downloaded, launch the upgrade installation package and enter the new Product Key you received.
